123eRugs.com stands behind every product we sell. If you are
not 100% satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days from
date of receipt for a full refund or exchange by following
the following rules:
1) You must call or e-mail us for a return authorization
number within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Area rugs
must be unused (free from damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains).
No custom rug orders (except for manufacturers error) or open
rug pads can be returned. Rugs returned without a return authorization
number will be refused at the warehouse and sent back to the
sender. Make sure the rug is returned in the original packaging
or equivalent and have the RA# fixed to the outside of the
package.
2) Your purchase receipt MUST accompany your return.
No refunds after 30 days.
3) For all returns, the customer is responsible for
all shipping cost to the return location per your return authorization
approval. We recommend that packages be sent back with UPS
ground or FedEx ground. However, use the carrier of your choice.
All returns should be insured for the value of the returned
item(s). No returns will be excepted C.O.D. Items that have
been soiled or damaged due to torn packages in transit back
to our warehouse will be refused. Any returns received at
our warehouse in which no damage is evident from the outside
of the package but upon inspection the rug pad has been opened
or the rug has been damaged or soiled will be returned to
the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping
and handling cost for returning the rug back to the customer.
A full refund will be given upon following the above rules
and the return has been received and inspected to be in good
condition.
